Hi, I'm Laura and I love churros and all things dough-related.
I'm a German-Dutch, coast-living creative with a very curious mindset. Two nationalities, double the fun in growing up with different food landscapes and those small bits of underlaying culture, you sometimes can't put a finger on - but a native can point out just like that.
I made a conscious choice to get to work as a freelance advisor for good food brands. After six years dedicated to bringing a daring product at a never-seen food start-up into more and more households, it was time to convert my knowledge into applicable actions.
